Aoife Quinn is both a Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist with a deep passion for health, nutrition, fitness, sports, and education. With a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, optimising performance and preventative health, she brings a well-rounded approach to supporting individuals in optimising their well-being.

Aoife earned an undergraduate master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nottingham in 2018. This allowed her to become a Registered Dietitian with the HCPC. She later pursued an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition at ATU Sligo, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Promotion in the Workplace.

Having grown up with food intolerances, Aoife developed an early appreciation for the powerful role of food and nutrition in health. This personal experience, combined with a strong desire to help others, made dietetics a natural career choice. She began her career as a Clinical Dietitian in the NHS, working in acute hospital settings to support patients managing chronic illnesses, recovering from surgery, and improving their overall health through evidence-based nutrition interventions.

She has since expanded her expertise to private practice and the fitness industry, working with a diverse range of individuals—from those managing medical conditions to athletes striving to enhance their performance. Aoife currently plays hockey at the highest level so can understand the practicalities of sports science.

With experience in education at both secondary and third levels, Aoife is passionate about making nutrition advice clear, relatable, and practical.
