Deborah Crossan is a Registered Dietitian with a wealth of experience spanning multiple areas of dietetics. She is deeply passionate about promoting health through a holistic approach that integrates both physical and mental wellbeing.
Deborah’s academic foundation includes a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Public Health from the University of Bristol. With additional certifications in Behaviour Change and Interviewing techniques, as well as training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) she is well-equipped to support clients in making meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Deborah loves to work with children, adults and families.
Outside of work, Deborah embraces the outdoors, cherishing good food in the company of friends and seeking out new adventures that inspire her active and balanced lifestyle.
